I saw this on a website as I was searching for classroom materials. It just kinda made me giggle, BUT the statement couldn't be more true! Today my students are filling out check registers, writing checks, filling out deposit slips and reconciling bank statements. If that isn't preparing them for life I don't know what is....So, should I buy this window cling and put it on my car???!!!! hehe.

No you should not! You should talk to me, you're favorite librarian, and have me design and cut you out one on my awesome pants vinyl machine... pretty sure it'll be A TON cheaper (like 2-3 bucks! ;)

Ohhhh, I am so going to get one of those made for all the FACS teachers in the district. I will get one for you too if you want one. Let me know. I am going to have my sister make them for me.
